Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor payments
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for client review
- Handle payroll processing and tax form submissions
- Utilize QuickBooks software for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Organize financial documents and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support senior accountants with ad-hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping fundamentals
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
