Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and tax documentation
- Organize and file financial documents systematically
- Support audit preparations and compliance checks
- Communicate financial updates to department heads
- Continuously develop bookkeeping knowledge through training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Strong numerical aptitude and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
