Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor communications
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparations
- Prepare financial statements and budget variance reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Adhere to GAAP standards and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
