Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor invoicing cycles
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and double-entry accounting
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
