Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and documentation for CPA review
- Manage vendor communications and expense tracking
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
