Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor invoices
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and budget preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction processing and analysis
- Support tax preparation by organizing financial documentation
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
