Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks software for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
