- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Manage vendor invoices and expense tracking with meticulous attention to detail
- Support tax preparation documentation and audit readiness processes
- Collaborate with senior staff to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Previous internship or part-time accounting experience preferred
