Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain general ledgers
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements and reports for client review
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
- Communicate financial insights to clients and senior team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to pursue CPA certification (preferred)
