Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions within deadlines
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Utilize QuickBooks software for daily accounting operations
- Organize and maintain digital financial records for audit compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- QuickBooks certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Authorized to work in the United States
