- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and report preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Organize and file financial documents according to compliance standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
