Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Track and categorize expenses according to GAAP standards
- Generate client invoices and manage payment collections
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
