Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry for transactions and financial records
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Prepare financial reports including profit/loss statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support month-end closing procedures and documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with senior bookkeepers on client accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
