Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor communications
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Process payroll and assist with tax documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management and reporting
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Support financial analysis and budget tracking initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting internship experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
