Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets
- Support tax preparation and documentation
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping internship or part-time experience
