Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Handle payroll processing and tax form preparation (1099s, W-2s)
- Support audit preparation and document organization
- Communicate financial updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Implement bookkeeping best practices across client portfolios
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 0-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
