Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and payroll processing
- Support tax preparation and audit documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and payment cycles
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily transaction entry
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
