Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks software for data entry and record maintenance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
