Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction reviews
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll support
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and account management
- Prepare financial statements and documentation
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
