Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and monthly reports for clients
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
