Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain and update general ledgers with precision
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks software for transaction recording
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years bookkeeping or internship experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
