Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support payroll processing and tax document filing
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations
- Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
