Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledgers using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparations
- Support audits by compiling financial documentation
- Implement bookkeeping best practices for client accounts
- Communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
