Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Process cash and check transactions accurately while maintaining proper security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at end of shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
