Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and coding.
- Perform daily data entry into our accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice questions and payment schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and audits.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
