Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy
- Manage payment schedules and disbursements
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status
- Support AP team with ad-hoc financial tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
