Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end closing processes with variance reporting
- Collaborate with tax teams on quarterly filings
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of CA tax regulations
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Asana)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
