Responsibilities
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and purchase orders before processing payments.
- Enter and reconcile vendor invoices into our accounting system (SAP/NetSuite).
- Process weekly and monthly payments to vendors via ACH and wire transfers.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger functions.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
