Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding.
- Enter and maintain vendor information and master data in the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer according to payment terms.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain organized, searchable filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Support the finance team with data analysis and general administrative support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support (Entry Level candidates welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
