Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile purchase orders with receipts and invoices
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support AP audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize ERP software (SAP/Oracle) for data entry
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
