Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage vendor master data and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing
- Support audits by providing documentation and transaction records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
