- Enter invoice data into accounting software (SAP/Oracle experience helpful)
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams
- Support audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications
