Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Accurately receive, review, and process incoming invoices from vendors in a timely manner.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks into our accounting software to ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or queries regarding billing.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly payment reports and maintaining AP files.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Experience: No prior accounting experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is required.
