Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently using ERP systems
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage vendor payments and maintain updated payment schedules
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or clerical finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
