Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage employee expense reports and reimbursement requests
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger with general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting departments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
