Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports
- Reconcile purchase orders with receipts and invoices
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support AP automation initiatives using SAP/Oracle
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- 1 year of accounting internship or relevant experience
