Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile purchase orders and receipts against invoices
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records in ERP systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support financial audits and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Previous internship or part-time AP experience preferred
