Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile purchase orders with receiving reports and invoices
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support internal audits and financial documentation requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
