- Reconcile vendor invoices and purchase orders in NetSuite ERP
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities and audits
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Support AP team with ad-hoc financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of AP experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
