Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and departments on payment approvals
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audits
- Update and maintain master vendor records in ERP systems
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
