Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support AP team with ad-hoc financial analysis tasks
- Adhere to internal controls and compliance standards
