Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documentation
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting tasks
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to optimize payment workflows
- Support audit preparation by maintaining accurate transaction records
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data entry and reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
