Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Perform 3-way matching by reconciling purchase orders, delivery receipts, and vendor invoices.
- Enter and update vendor data and payment details into the AP system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and preparation of financial reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and financial systems quickly.
