Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation and records in compliance with GAAP.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and manage invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of tax schedules and audit requests.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
