Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in our ERP system.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of tax documentation and reporting.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding account status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
