Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain general ledgers
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for data management
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation
- Monitor financial metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and financial regulations
