Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks
- Assist with monthly reconciliation and financial reporting
- Prepare invoices and maintain expense records
- Support tax documentation and compliance tasks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audits
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- QuickBooks knowledge or willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
