Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices.
- Assist external auditors with requested documentation and data analysis.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to input and verify financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
