Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and identify any discrepancies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in variance analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist with tax preparation schedules and audit documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship completion.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
