What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Process and maintain accurate financial records in the general ledger.
- Prepare and file various tax documents and government reports.
- Assist external auditors during the annual audit process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
